This hotels owner/manager is really rude and in your personal business. The whole time that I was there I wasn't allowed anybody to come to the room after I booked it for 2 people. They told me that I couldn't be going in and out of my room like I was due to work. I would leave the hotel by 430am and not return until 5 or 6 that afternoon. I then only left the room to get food or whatnot. I didn't bother anyone there and wasn't really even seen outside. While I was there he unplugged the ice machine so there was no ice and the fire alarm went off multiple times for them to say it's ok it's will stop. Resolution Sought I'd like for them to refund half of not all of my money and make there rules posted and not just whatever they come up with.

Customer rented room from us and paid for 1 night on sept 27 2024. We never asked her to leave all we said is we don't allow more than 2 people because she paid for 2 people one bed room. But as far as we are concern she checked out next day and she never came in office for any kind of refund so as far as we know she stayed all night.
