Will not answer phone without a 20 min waiting period

Will not answer phone without a 20 min waiting period. Very rude when asking a question. Demand you come in and see them even if has been within a year. Won't help handicap patients At All. Not put more hardships on the disabled and let the ones who need the attention get it like most other medical facilities
