This company replaced windows in my historic home, having agreed to replace any rotten wood in the contract. The framing for the new windows failed to pass inspection, the windows were not installed with flanges (standard) and per inspector there was 'no way' the windows would not leak. CWD blamed me, made multiple excuses including they didn't know there would be an inspection and that their guys aren't really framers. I had to have all windows removed, reframed, and reinstalled at extensive cost as well a months delay in the rebuild of my home. The home was down to the studs when Brad came out for the quote, and he agreed they could do the job even tho it was obviously above their ability. CWR had refused to take any responsibility for their extremely sub par job, after multiple attempts to reconcile this issue. Resolution Sought I want a refund in the amount that it cost me to correct their horrible workmanship that did not pass inspection, $18,000.
