Carolina Pathology had address from 8 yrs ago, even though procedures were done on January and Feb of 2023. Records were never updated, billing sent to old address. Credit Solutions, their debt collector, could contact me, why couldn't Carolina Pathology. Also, insurance was not contacted for payment. Resolution Sought Be more diligent in record updates so others do not experience this. This caused undue stress for me when trying to recoup from surgery.
