The tech told me I owed him $260. Which jumped from the initial $69 for 3 rooms. I paid him in cash and asked for my receipt. He told me to contact the office for my receipt. When I called they had a total of $219. I told them No, the tech told me $260. The lady said she would ask the tech what services he provided and then she would email me an itemized statement. I've called 3 days in a row now asking for my receipt and now they are simply no longer answering my calls. My carpets look horrible as if nothing was done and they refuse to tell me what exactly I paid for or even send me receipt of payment. I don't know where to turn from here. Please help. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for what I was overcharged with no results at all from their service!

I was told it would be $99 for 3rooms once Peter arrived ," I'm assuming his name is from contact of the phone number " he came 11am and left 12pm he said we needed deep cleaning for rooms and couches totaled out to $300.00 which was fine carpet stains are still visible and not only did he half clean my carpets he was rushing he broke my 65" in Television that was sitting on the living room floor by bumping it or knocking it over with his machine I made him aware of this situation he's stating I need to contact the company office. I would like to be compensated for my TV I only have one and it was working just fine all year until he arrived he was the only one in the house and nothing else near the TV Resolution Sought Stains are still visible, refund. And, pay for damages for television $700.00
