I had flooring put in almost four years ago. it has a 10 year warranty on it and it is warping and curling up. I took pictures of it to Carpet Corral on April 18, 2025. I called them today April 23,2025 and the said they never had this happen before. I had complained to Charles Beason multiple times about the floor making popping sounds, he said he didn't see what the problem was because his floor makes the same noise. nothing was ever done. fast forward to now. Carpet Corral is saying there is nothing they can do. Resolution Sought I want them to replace the flooring.
