Consumer states; I went to Carpet Emporium on April 10, 2021 to look at some carpet for two rooms and some laminate for the front room and hall way. The salesman Alfred came to my home and measured, he gave me an estimate $3000.45 so I went to the store and gave him $2000 down, he came back two more times to measure and he had me to sign papers about 3 different times, my balance was $1000, he said he would drop the $45.00, but by the time the young boys finished he had done some under hand crooked document on me and my balance of $2000 and with a Synchrony Home Credit Card. I have to pay before June of 2022 with no interest, he was nice at first. I started noticing some stuff when I complained, he would call my daughter and tell on me. Resolution Sought Consumer states; I feel that I was over charged for the two bed rooms just to put carpet in the front room and hall way. They put laminate, I would like $1000 or more of my money back.
