I hired this flooring business above to put in a vinyl floor in my home over a yr ago. The lvp vinyl flooring is coming up due to really bad installation the manager admits and has even taken a plank up there is no proper plastic laid down and improper leaving one quarter inch for expansion. The manager keeps brushing me off and won't let me talk to the owner Isaac Morse. Nothing is on paper stating he will correct this only mindless texts that get no where. The flooring has a 30 yr warranty if properly installed and that's what I payed for but I've got flooring coming up .I payed almost eight thousand for this nightmare and they seen to be busy with Big jobs .Please Help I've got plenty of pics to prove it too. Resolution Sought My amount I paid is $7,951.00 and of course I'd love a refund or just get with it pull up this bad flooring install but frankly nit sure I can trust them to do that.
