I already have a high interest rate. I am already struggling.... So they charge me a late fee. Which I understand. But they have no banks around me. I have to pay over the phone and they gouge me 20.00 fee on top of the late fee so RIDICULOUS. Resolution Sought Drop the gouging fee to make a payment over the phone. Is Ridiculous.
