When I finally get someone to accept Car Shield, they are denying my claims and not paying for service. They only are paying a portion and denied other services that were needed. I feel they have been very deceptive and constantly finding ways not to honor the contract and pay for repairs. I had the Gold Select Plan and very dissatisfied with how Car Shield handled my case. I want a refund. Resolution Sought Refund the money that I spent with them.

Car shiel denied my claim stating that carbon was in my cylinders the mechanic that they referred me to told the adjuster that carbon came from after the engines cylinders had been damaged thy also stated that my car had been sitting for a while which is untrue I have driven my car every single day and have tons of witnesses to prove it then he states that even though I've drive my car 1700 miles in two months it's still was 15 days outside my warranty I had work done to my cooling system in Nov where they had to lift my engine to get to the hose they had to replace and that shop which is also a shop that CarShield uses told me nothing about any damage done to my vehicle at all they stated that my oil was black also untrue I had just got an oil change in Feb and had records to prove it if I could give this company zero stars I would they're horrible and I feel like it's a scam Resolution Sought I would like them to honor their warranty and fix my car
