I called Car shield to check with my policy covers because I was having my car taken in to be serviced for something going on with it on 15 October. I called on the 14th. They told me that they couldn't find my information first off of the phone number I was calling from And then he said my policy was canceled and I said how was that because I gave you a new information email phone number address and credit card cause they were doing auto automatic drafts off of my card. They told me that I hadn't called in the car was recorded and I said how can you prove that and they said they really they're not going to and Told me my policy canceled two days ago which would've been 12 October spoke to them on the 14th, and if they didn't get the payment, I was willing to make the payment, but I can't understand. They made no communication with me to tell me my policy was canceled until I called to see what was covered when I'm going to try to get my car service I also told them you know how do you know that your representative didn't keep my information because I made two phone calls back on the 14th and the information where I spoke with one guy David out of Missouri St. Louis, Missouri when I call back 10 minutes later he had all the information and he hadn't keyed anything in and so the next representative is still asking me for the same old phone number. I told her I would like to speak with someone higher in authority in their business. They set up an appointment. I don't know who i Resolution Sought I would like Car shield honor my current policy contract that I had with them because they telling me two days two days is not a big difference and they can't prove to me that I didn't give them my information and I had never missed the payment. I've been late and I told them that I changed the information with them probably the last week of August and that I have been in the hospital beginning of September and I moved and I have document to prove everything that I've done but they're not doing

My experience with car shield is bad so the big complaint now is that my car is held up at Goodyear on Gratiot carshield was working with the master car care that's on Grand River and Greenfield I removed they had me to remove my vehicle my car had been getting fixed offense March they supposed to drop the engine in there Master car Care knew that the engine was bad so they would go way the deductible to put the turbo on there car show called and said that they wasn't dealing with MasterCard care anymore had me to take my car to another shop I take it to another shop I'm schizophrenic by bipolar so I'm not understanding you tell me I asked questions you tell me you can't give me no answers but remove my car because they know longer dealing with massacre and then call me two days later and say oh the parts that they did they up under warranty they dropped the bowl engineer and they do that so they was going to repair that they wanted me to remove the car I removed the car took it to another shop they opened another claim opened another claim now my car is stuck and then they going to say that I owe $500 it didn't matter about the miles on the turbo they knew they put a bold motor in there so Master car Care what's going to correct it I had my car there to be serviced and that's what they was going to do and now my car is stuck at a new shop and they won't release it and car shield double backed hand me and then I want me to pay another $500 when my car was already at the shop Resolution Sought I want my vehicle for it can go back to Master car Care where it was at when the engine got dropped in and they was going to deduct it they go authorize Goodyear to fix my vehicle when that wasn't the case I'm following what they said I'm removing and thinking that I had I want my vehicle from Goodyear because I shouldn't have to pay a deductible my truck was where it was at where it was messed up originally please give me a call back at 248-904-3120 because I moved it because carshield say move
