They going to do anything they can not to fix your vehicle, they take your money no problem. then you get the run around and refuse to after 10 days waiting a representative was supposed to go to ammco to inspect the car no one showed up,finally car shield told shop they had No one in this area to come.so had shop take pictures. they say get it before car breaks down .don't matter payed on it for 4 months. Now they won't even return money. Resolution Sought Make sure they don't get away with screwing people,so No one else thinks there a good company. I just won't my money back or the amount to fix car.no fun paying for something you will never be able to use.

My car is at my mechanic since March 3 2025 . My mechanic contacted for an ok to fix the car . Because it was over 1,000 dollars to fix it needed an adjuster to ok the job . I call everyday and all they tell me that it needs an ok from an adjuster which we knew 3 weeks ago . It's been expedited twice according to them and still nothing . I don't know what else to do . Not having my car is a hardship on me . There are no supervisors to talk to to file a complaint Resolution Sought I would just like them to ok the fixing of my car

As noted on the first three pages of your vehicle service contract, American Auto Shield (AAS) is the administrator of your vehicle service contract and has FULL authority over repair procedures, approvals, denials and payments.  We have contacted them to obtain information on the repair claim you have referenced. Yes the CarShield had my car fixed and I am very happy with the outcome . I think it was just that a few people got there information confused . Maybe they should have less people involved when they are dealing with a customer but all in all it turned out fine . I don't know if my complaint to you helped but the very next day it was settled .
