I canceled my month to month auto contract with Car Shield in August 2026 and actually had to contact my bank k to stop payment as Car Shield wouldn't canceled it. Since that time they had called and texted me constantly all day every day. They have also been harassing my son how they got his name and info I don't know Resolution Sought Refund my money and leave me and my family alone. Alone. Stop calling me

Thank you bringing this matter to our attention. We have looked into this matter and it appears you had disconnected the call before our customer service team could finish the cancellation process. However, we have taken care of your cancellation request. We are not able to issue a refund as you cancelled outside of the refund period. We are sorry to lose you as a customer. Customer Relations.

Carshield states that you can go anywhere to have your car repaired they are not honoring the repair because I chose to have my car fixed at Bmw and they dont wanna pay the price that Bmw is giving Carshield is telling me that they are only paying labor for 3 hours so I asked them to send me to the place thats cheaper and they couldn't give me a address to where the repair would be cheaper so I asked for a refund because they lied about their service they're saying they dont give refunds Resolution Sought I need the business to honor what their representative said which was i could choose where to take my car to be repaired and or refund me my money so that I can pay for my car to be repaired no need to have thw warranty if their not honoring repairs

The results of this investigation indicate that the claim was adjudicated correctly according to specific terms and exclusions of the Vehicle Service Contract. In addition the Administrator of your Vehicle Service Contract is willing and able to work with any repair facility to adjudicate claims according to the terms and condition of your specific contract.
