Carshield advertised for engine repair protection. But components that have to be fixed inside the engine (smooth air flow valve) they won't cover it. They don't describe these components until you put in a claim. Seems like false advertising to me. Resolution Sought I would like them to cover my repairs. The engine has to opened to make repair how can they just decide what engine repairs?

The results of this investigation indicate that the failure of the parts requested for replacement occurred prior to the purchase of the Vehicle Service Contract or during the waiting period of the Vehicle Service Contract.
