This 3rd party collection has unprofessionally held up my closing on my VA loan. First asked them to email us a settlement or balance letter where it was going to be paid off out of my funds even though I have physically been paying it. Paid it out 5-1-2024. Request a email with zero balance. Hadn't received it. Called again yesterday they giving me another 3day. Called Equifax they got me owing 1370. Their automated system another amount. I took the option to pay 22.11. It's paid out. The other credit has zero balance on their account. They are deliberately holding up my closing my loan. Resolution Sought Update my credit report to zero now
