They took advantage of me being a first time car buyer, sold me a car that broke in two days, I had to pay 300$ to tow it back to them, they refuse to transfer the titles out of my name for the broken vehicle and the rundown one my aunt sold to me for a trade in. They replaced the broken car with a car that didnt have working locks and said they would fix them if I gave them a 5 star review on google then dropped off my car with a random employee at my work, not me and took me two hours to figure out who had my car keys, the tires were also not the same types as eachother and bald i had to pay to replace them. They claimed it had never been in an accident but the front if the car on driver side has a two inch gap. They also told me because i had never bought a car the only loan I could get was 460$/mo even though my credit score was 765 and the first car they sold me was before I had my driver license and he told me because i started signing thr paper I would HAVE to buy it or my credit score would go down to low to ever afford a house in the future and kept pressuring me to sign and pay 1000$ out of pocket. I am currently at the Toyota dealership because that is the only place I can get service for a lexus which is so expensive I dont have lexus money, the engine already broke after two months, the check engine light has been on and car stars claimed it was nothing to worry about just because they took the SD card out which is 1000$ to replace from lexus. Resolution Sought I would like to he able to have enough to trade this car to another dealership and be done with the headache or at least for them to pay for the tires 1295$

Company Response

Company states; Ms. Speelman did purchase a 2011 Subaru Forrester and shortly after purchase it did begin to have engine issues and we quickly traded her out into a 2016 Lexus in which she was very excited about. About a week later she came in stating one of the locks wasn't working so we agreed to fix that at no cost to the customer. We even picked up the vehicle from her work to keep her from missing work. It did not seem to matter what we did; Ms. Speelman was never satisfied. Regarding claims about pressure to purchase, this is absolutely absurd. she came in driving a 2002 Elantra that barely ran and was desperate to find something else. If anything, she kept telling our sales team how badly she needed something new and kept staff her for 3 hours after close to ensure she would be able to get approval for a new vehicle. I will make no response as to credit as I don't feel that is appropriate, but getting Ms. Speelman approved wasn't as easy as she is claiming it was. Ms. Speelman decided to get new tires. Ms. Speelman also has a service contract for her vehicle so if there repairs that are needed, be it at Lexus or another dealership she certainly can utilize that at any time. This is a used vehicle and was sold as such. We were never in possession of an SD Card and Ms. Speelman was fully aware of that at the time of purchase. All used vehicles are sold as is in the State of Washington. With regard to any requests for reimbursement for tires she decided to purchase. We respectfully decline. General Sales Manager
