I financed a vehicle from the car lot using in house financing. I left the car lot with the vehicle using 0 down. 3 weeks went by and the loan agent called to do the interview for the vehicle and asked about damages to the vehicle. I told the truth and explained they had sold me a car with a bad transmission and dents all over the vehicle. The car lot called me yelling and screaming saying they are going to take over the loan and I now have to pay them the money. I told them I don't want a contract from them I wanted the contract from the loan I applied for and got denied. They told me oh well and I owe them. I tried to make a payment and they said they don't know how to do that. Now 3 months have gone by and my temp tag expired so I asked about my plates and they said there is a Washington shortage. I did some research and the vehicle is still in the original owners name who I have been in contact with. This car lot sold me a car in someone else's name. Won't let me make a payment won't let me have tabs and is scamming me. I need help before they repo the car. I have all proof I need. They also ran my credit 30 times. They won't let me make a payment give me tabs and I don't know what to do I have infants at home and am being scammed. The wa dealer # is 08246 and the vehicle vin number is JA32u2fu8GU010540. This vehicle is in the original owners name and not mine nor the car lot. Resolution Sought Make this right. Please help I don't know what to do.

Zach, let’s be real, you scammed us!!! You purchased car and didn’t pay. There is nothing wrong with this vehicle other than some minor aesthetics. You came in looked at car and test drive it. You wanted the vehicle you just didn’t want to pay. We worked very hard to get you financing for this vehicle. Trust me that wasn’t easy. We found 1 bank that would take a risk on loaning you money. They couldn’t reach you and when they did they didn’t like your customer interview they do so they declined your loan. You kept the car for months claiming covid. We had to send a tow truck to repossess. Nobody gets to buy a car and not pay. Not even in 2022 Zach. You scammed us and if you claim you didn’t want vehicle why are you upset we got it back??? You put 0 down and made 0 payments and state yourself it wasn’t a good car. So why are you mad?? You have cost us time and money and now we have a vehicle with no keys. Guess what Zach, we are a small family owned business and many of us have children as well. You are not a victim like you claim. Good luck in the future.

I have multiple phone calls and texts proving I told you I’d bring the vehicle back to you if that’s what you guys wanted. I also told the bank the truth about the car and that’s why they denied it. That is also on paper. If I got denied for the loan why do you say I owe anyone money.i had a lon through that same bank and have 100 payment history with them and fully paid off a large loan. I am actually happy you have that pile of crap back. You didn’t state the vehicle was previously wrecked. My loan fell through and you expected me to pay you guys out of pocket for the vehicle. I offerd to bring it back and you guys said no. I stopped driving the vehicle and drive my reliable vehicle. The vehicle you tried to scam me with was in the original owners name and you never switched the car into my name.And We didn’t have a contract. I only sighed a contract for a loan through a bank.you can say whatever you want on here but I have pages of documents backing my side. Sounds like someone’s mad they didn’t get that sale huh: 1 week of me having the vehicle I told you I wasn’t satisfied with it and wanted to trade or bring it back. Say what you want though. And I’ll mail they keys.
