CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Buyers beware!!!! Do not purchase this system unless you get your own independent water test done that has no skin in the game!!! It will disclose the truth about the condition of your water. Carter water scammed us. We were not able to cancel after midnight of the 3rd business day, in spite of the fact that there was no mention in the contract of them being open on Saturday. They said...Sorry, you are one day too late! We had to pay to get out of our contract or go to court, which they claimed they "had won this same type of case in the past and would prevail again" as a means to intimidate us. After our independent water test, we learned that we did not need the systems that they sold to us at all! We purchased the igen ironmax (iron, manganese, and sulfide removal filter). Well guess what? Our independent test proved that our water needed none of these systems at all! The scariest news was that our test showed that our water was clean, other than an almost 3x concentration of radon in the water! Radon just happens to be the #2 cause of lung cancer!!! One would think that a water purification system, with a price tag reduced to $9074.32 from an original price of $12,745.00 would have the ability to yield drinkable water!!! We were told that the system we had was useless, and does nothing for the removal of radon from the water. We then were told that we need a separate system from some other company to resolve the radon issue! Do not be fooled by Nathaneal's ho Resolution Sought Refund of $1,860.60
