Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Customer Complaint

This is a medical debt. I spent 30 minutes on a 3 way call to prove this had been settled. It still shows up on my credit report. Carter Young assured me that this would be taken off my credit report within 60 to 90 days. It has not been corrected. Resolution Sought Would like them to follow through reporting that this debt was satisfied.
