We dropped off a guitar in January for a friend of ours. We were told they could complete the work. We have continued to call and stop in checking on the guitar with no results. Today we went in to check on it and it is almost destroyed and they cannot find the case We left with it. This guitar is sentimental to the owner and it was given to her as a gift from her now deceased husband. This is unacceptable Resolution Sought Please rectify this issue. Or, shut down they didn't even try to rectify their error
