I ordered, in good faith, a product from Burnjaro6. I immediately realized there was nowhere to insert a delivery address, SO NO address NO product. I have been trying almost daily for a refund, or at least to make contact with a human being. I get very polite emails from a robot Sarah but NOT a human who will hear, listen and take on board my problem. I have tried repeatedly to get a refund by filling in the form many times. PLEASE repsond. Resolution Sought I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE FROM A HUMAN AND A REFUND. PLEASE PLEASE.

Ordered Diet Supplements (Burn Jaro) over internet on July 7, 2025, tried to cancel same day & talked to outsourced support staff & didn't get anywhere. Was also told I might be able to sell product to other people. Told them they were full of BS. Now Sending back unopened bottles of pills with copies of invoice, e-mails from company & I wanted a receipt of acknowledgment of enclosed cover letter, email copies and merchandise. Also, There was no place on the online order form to cancel. Resolution Sought Refund of the money that was paid in a timely manner & shut them down.
