I watched a video on Facebook about a weight loss product man jaro and did not order it. I received a bag of six small bottles of Burn Jaro and was charged $318.55 to my Wells Fargo credit card by Cartpanda. There was no receipt in the bag. When I left a voicemail on cartpanda's phone, they responded with a text asking me for my contact information and order number. I don't have nor did i receive a receipt or order number as I never placed an order! This seems like a scam. I hate to go through my bank because my credit card will be cancelled and cause humongous amounts of bookkeeping headaches to cancel and provide new credit card numbers to all my accounts. Resolution Sought I would like Cartpanda to refund my $318.55. I am a Senior Citizen and cannot afford to lose this money. I am physically handicapped and have Parkinson's Disease. I am moving into assisted living soon and am struggling financially. Please help me

This is not true. You can't provide evidence that this product was ordered by me because it wasn't ordered by me. You have illegally obtained my information when I was watching an equally bogus, extremely long - time wasting video about something called man Jaro ! I didn't order anything. Please send a prepaid return label immediately to: I'm disabled. Have no way to get to a post office to mail this product back to you. I am only able to return this by mail. THIS IS FRAUD THIS IS A SCAM THIS IS ELDER ABUSE!!!

I ordered 12 bottles of Lipo Gummies and your girl is saying on January 29, 2025 but I did not receive them until much later. On March 31, 2025 I decided to send them back due to a medical issue. I called your customer service and the girl was very nice and she gave me a Return Authorization number of 32270436 and she told me to call back when I got the Tracking number. So I did all of this and I called back on April A 4, 2025 to see if it was received in your warehouse in Lakeland of which it was. So the girl in customer service said she was issuing the credit then and I should receive it it 5 to 7 days back to my Master Card. So I called tonight April 8, 2025 twice as the first girl said I would not receive a refund as its more than 60 days I argued with her that is was not true . You gave me an authorization to return it and now you have the 12 bottles and I cannot get my money. I am really mad, I called your customer service tonight and was hung up on twice. Please help me resolve this immediately or send back the product that your people authorized me to return to me and I will take care of this on my own, believe me. Resolution Sought Just give me my money back, all of it. Immediately please. But I would like an email or a call but not from your customer service. If I don't hear from you I will do whatever I need to do.
