Ordered 2 bottles on May 25. The product caused me to increase weight & have stomach issues. I have gastroparesis and diverticulitis. I tried to cancel the order 15 minutes after placing the order and have e-mailed them several times several times to try to get the money back refund that was guaranteed in their ad. Yesterday, I received the e-mail that is so totally annoying - wanting a statement from my doctor & the issue would go to another department for consideration, which would include another product from them, etc., but no refund. They are very good at circumventing the issue by using "overly nice" language, etc. I have been scammed. Please help. Resolution Sought Issue a refund on my credit card.

I initiated a dispute with my credit card company. Cartpanda sent me an email saying they would refund the money if I dropped the dispute. I don't trust them to follow up with the refund. IN fla WRONG mdse was shipped and now no results getting a return shipping label as promised on 6-12,today i was given 2 phone numbers and got no help.Need to get some one in cust. svc to e-mail me return address, so i can get my $$ back...so far royal run around and peopl that answer phone i can't understand.
