I placed Order #2386, on 8/17/25. I requested return instructions 9/21/25. I finally received the full return instructions with return address to 11870 62nd St. N Largo, FL 33773 on 10/3/25 and I returned entire order on 10/8/25. Ref. USPS Tracking # 9534 6145 2245 5281 0133 09 EST delivery is 10/14/2025. Sent copy of tracking that it was delivered in 10/14/25 and they acknowledged receipt on 10/20/25. They told me they were processing my return of $504,51 and "most refunds are posted within 7–14 business days, some financial institutions may take up to 30 days for the funds to appear, depending on their internal timelines" I have still not received my refund as of 4/3/26. Even though they have assured me that my case is still open and they will be in contact with me. Even tell me that they are resubmitting my request and putting a rush on this refund. But still no refund has been received. I have the entire email strand back and forth with them since I placed my order. According to your return policy and standard consumer protection expectations, refunds should be issued within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of a returned item. Resolution Sought I would like for this business to uphold their quoted return policy of a full refund upon receipt on the returned product. They owe me $504,51.

I returned a package back to this company Cartpanda and the TK#9261290389131824785291 my Discover was charged $294.00 on 1/25/26 I filed a dispute with my CC and Discover is saying that if the package was Return to the merchant they supposed to refund me, and now they are refusing to refund me even though they got the merchandise back to them.
