Order #61396. I purchased 6 bottles of Burnslim on or about 1/26/2026 through Paypal site using my debit card. I called the company to complain the product was useless and did not perform as advertised. I called the company to complain and requested a refund. To this date I have not receive the refund die of $$314.58. Resolution Sought Refund of the purchase price of $314.58

I obtained an address in which to send back product. I did so / via Fed Ex and have proof of delivery. Your office has refused to issue the full refund. Actually I called within 24 hours of ordering and asked for it to be cancelled. Which they refused to do. It took 15 days to get a return to Largo Fl , and then I sent it. You have refused to submit me a refund. I called, requested multiple times how to return it took forever, and now you refuse my money. Resolution Sought I WANT A FULL REFUND $330.58
