The worst experience i ever had with a company period . If i had to grade them i would of give them a "G" . There is so much to explain i really don't know where to start .Will try to summarize without leaving out the important points . Purchased on 7/26/24 with a $ 10.47 for early shipping of which never happen. We needed the item delivered to a specific location at a specific window of time do to us visiting family for that week in another State. Not only did it not arrive while we were there for the week . It showed up after we left. So we had to wait over a month until the next time we went back Mean time we call our credit card company an disputed the purchase. Call Cartpanda a number of times explaining our experience of and explained to them we do not want the item . They refused to take it back and offered a refund of which we decided on. I called them at least 4 times since then about refund and they told me each time it would take 5-7 business days of which now is 2 month later . Then when i called them the last time they told me that it was sent to banking account ? It even gets better. Guess what i bought the item with a credit card and they told me they sent my refund to my bank account . So please tell me how you can send my refund to my bank account without a account # or routing # on top of it . I called them again and tried to explain this and they didn't understand what i just explained to you. Resolution Sought I just want my money back!

Consumer states; I tried to cancel because order #899747 F272 was a better deal. But they wouldn't allow me to cancel, so I asked John Evans not to put his order in because I couldn't cancel order #2509 and he put the order in anyway. My daughter Kelley received the order and talked to her doctor and was told Alpha Lipoic Acid she could not take that is in this product. It is for Sciatica. So, I called and asked for the balance owed to me and they said no, "give it to someone". Resolution Sought Consumer states; I want a full refund in the amount of $89.16.

Regarding the request for $164,80 USD, we respectfully request that Mrs. Glenda Harper provide additional information and proof of payment, including details of the beneficiary, to assist us in locating the relevant order, because with the email and name provided, we were only able to identify the Order ID 28500315 for $191.82 USD. 4. Cartpanda Inc. also informs that the refund may take a few days to appear on the credit card statement, depending on the closing date. 5.
