What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. Thank you in advance for (hopefully) investigating this.

My complaint is that their business practices are suspect and untrustworthy. I had made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Ahead of my visit, I confirmed that the oil change would be free, as it was my first service after buying my car there, and that the first one was free. And I labeled my tires 1-4 in Sharpie marker. After my service was complete, they charged me for the oil change, which I had to argue with them was covered. They then took that off the bill, and charged me only for the tire rotation. When I got back to my car, I noticed that all four tires were still in their original spot. I confronted them about this, and they were all clearly terrified at being caught and called out like this. They ultimately did refund the cost of the tire rotation, but I feel they should be investigated for their practices. How can I now even trust that they even performed the oil change? How many other customers do they swindle like this, by charging for services that they do not provide?
