4/28 2013 volkwagon 8588.00 i gave cash 7800.00 and debt 2300.00 on 5/14 went to buy another car we put 2500.00 down and then they text me that my payments late. I'm told 8 payments of 250.00 or i lose my car so i make payments 5/28 250,6/1 250 and carway went in acct 430.00 taken 6/7 250 6/14 250 6/18 180 6/20 120 on 6/22 they repo my car from my job. I'm told i owe 2565.22 7 days to pay so i pay and they still have a lien on my car they have just really made a fool out of me also 3 payments on other car has went towards this car carway has done this before when i was buying car there were 2 people i lot asking about there payments and the way they have done me after all the money iv spent with them and still a lien on my car they need to be stopped they changed contract i have picture to prove it i want my money back Resolution Sought Release my title and refund my money over asking price 8,588.00 that no sales tax or title and tag fees are paid to dealership ..i have messages emails were carway is saying that payment is for tag and title they are liars all payments i maid to dealership 430.00 on 6/1 on 5/28 250.00 on 6/1 250.00 6/7 250.00 6/14 250.00 6/14 250.00 on 6/22 2565.22 i want refunded also 3 payment of 300.00 that wasn't applied to other car thank you

I had caught the worst cause of covid on a respiratory for 18 days lost 60 lbs in 20 days had to learn to walk eat again and dealing with complications ever since had family and friends pay the payments as much as they could despite that carway heartless people took my car which they could see it didn't move for months cause I couldn't drive. There was a law saying they couldn't do this and they did not work with me anyways. Resolution Sought Refund the money from the beginning of the year when I caught covid and didn't drive or use the car since. They took a car away from someone that almost die from this covid repay them 6 months of 400$ that the car was not in use and family and friends paid for.
