Horrible I was sold a 2016 jeep Cherokee in Feb 2023 have spring the car maybe a full week since.. first it started smoking before I pulled off the lot they kept it then call a week later said it was ready drove it home transmission started slippen. took it back got it 2 months later now service shifter light keep coming on. took it back, they said they fixed it service shifter light back on now no one will return my calls or text I ask for my money back or another car they told me I can't on either one!! Resolution Sought Give me a car that works properly or just give me my money back. I'm paying a car note, and insure on a car with so many problems not to mention Daniel lied and Chip about gettuin the breaks fixed and neither one have not

I purchased a car on Feb 17,2024 the car was initially in Texas so when they finally got it on March 15,2024 and I got in it, the vehicle started smoking and check I gone light came on so I got out of it and left it for them to fix the next time they call on April 10,2023 and told me it was ready I drove it for 3 days the service transmission light came on and the car stop pulling so I took it back and it has been there since I have been paying a $374 a month car note and $221 insurance from day one and still not able to drive my vehicle I purchased. My down payment was $3700 Resolution Sought Put me in a very reliable vehicle or return all the money I have paid down and car note and insurance
