I purchased a car on Feb 17,2024 the car was initially in Texas so when they finally got it on March 15,2024 and I got in it, the vehicle started smoking and check I gone light came on so I got out of it and left it for them to fix the next time they call on April 10,2023 and told me it was ready I drove it for 3 days the service transmission light came on and the car stop pulling so I took it back and it has been there since I have been paying a $374 a month car note and $221 insurance from day one and still not able to drive my vehicle I purchased. My down payment was $3700 Resolution Sought Put me in a very reliable vehicle or return all the money I have paid down and car note and insurance

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Maxima from CarZone USA. I drove the car there's a popping sound around the tires, the inside of the car had wires everywhere. I asked about the wires they said the previous owner had lights inside it decided upon getting rid of it he'd snatch them out leaving cut wires all over the inside and damaging the heated seats. I noticed that the hood had a crack in it Rick (owner) & two salesmen acted as if I caused the damage or if they've never seen it. We mention of it being screwed together with 4 screws in the hood they brushed it off first drive from Arkansas to Louisiana but I'd spoken with them by phone that drive was a 2nd complaint he said it had frame damage which wasn't mentioned until I noticed the damage but I had to drive it back to AR. Again I complained about the car he brushed me off Rick (owner) he said I won't get any money back to get my lawyer because he has his & hung up in my face. I spent $31,300 on a vehicle that doesn't meet the standards they advertised I'm not only hurt but very disappointed in their actions. I work too hard for my money to just throw it away and still w/o transportation. He has female family members and he definitely don't want it done to them or himself, so why try to take advantage of someone else? He lied about a warranty & the oil needed changing. It was a belittling experience. They have my money & the car and I live in another state. Resolution Sought If the car is in perfect shape why not refund me & resale it? So that means there's more going on with it than they're saying. An honest business with integrity would right their wrong to earn repeat business not scam, mistreat, & misuse their customers. I was very disrespected & badly treated I couldn't or wouldn't trust them I prefer my money back.
