Finally resolved

Although my issue with them is resolved it still consisted of me calling constantly and as professional as I was I encountered rude representatives who hung up on me or when I couldn't remember the ext lied about knowing the supervisor ext. I also tried to speak with either an additional supervisor or someone that was over the supervisor I was dealing with who didn't return calls. I had submitted everything on time and had proof confirmation of everything. I was treated as though I was trying to get something free. I was told to pay again after it was confirmed they received the payment and then I was told it would expire because I didn't want to pay again. I was finally sent the dates with the confirmation. My trip is next year and I hope there is no other issues.
