Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I'm still having more attitude from the manager Heather at Caritas Villa, Portland OR. Yesterday I had a guest come and visit me but the person couldn't get in because the service number on my call box was out of service . I have manager took my name out the call box. I'm calling to complain about it cuz I have a broken ankle that I'm trying to heal and I cannot keep going downstairs to open the door. I ordered online every month and the delivery person have my phone number. I gave my information to the manager a week ago about my new number with a note with my new phone number, and I left a message on her phone about the changed. This is the 4th time I had a complaint s to the company and from the manager since April . She been harrssing me for Months. I do have a lawyer and I did sent her and the company the information. I'm 62 and I'm tried of the manage giving me a violation every week standing up for myself especially when I told her that my son had heart attacks and wrote me another violation the next day, this was June . My meds are also delivered but now I did call even mesto Marsha about the situation yesterday so I was calling to let you know that I'm Still here and I need my number back in the call box I can't believe she did that. I'm still here and she took my name off I call Marsha yesterda Resolution Sought Please help me. Or, I would like to go to court, so I can clear my name from the lies that the manager said about me. I been here almost 7 years and I never had this situation before.
