Terrible business practice!!

I had an appointment with Cascade Dental in Findlay OH on 12/11/2024. I had seen them a month previous and at that time they scheduled another appt for 12/11/2024. The reason for this appointment was to extract a tooth that was causing pain . On 12/11/2024 just two hours before my appointment they called and told me not to come because they were no longer accepting my type of insurance. I think it's terrible to wait until the day of my appointment knowing my pain to tell me this!! Recognize how inconsiderate this was and find and make me another appointment with a dentist who accepts my insurance. They should have at least notified me a week prior instead of on the day scheduled!!! Terrible business practice!!
