I was renting from them for a COD on a house they had possession of.. I was down on my luck from the covid pandemic.. They gave me a ultimatum saying I had until 5pm that day to get all my things out of my house .. it was 1pm that day. There was no way possible to remove all my possessions in that amount of time.. After not being able to remove my things they came and broke in the back door and with the local police with them STOLE everything that I had worth any amount of money. They then proceeded to lock me out of my house... Now that spring is here And the grass and yard needs attention they proceed to tell me to mow my yard and replace the roof that is in needs replaced. My response was if your company hadn't stole my lawn mower I would mow the yard ... The lawn mower was brand new not even used a whole summer.. There response was well I'm not allowed on the property again and the police will be called if I return... I may have been behind on rent payment but that doesn't give them the right to lock me out and steel my belongings inside and then threaten me with the police if I return to get my belongings.... Resolution Sought I want all of my things back that they took from me and they can have their slum Lord property back.. I was fixing up the property that was so badly run down the city of Marion almost condemed the house .. I invested my time (labor) and money bringing the house back to liveable condition and then (Casey Rentals) banished me from the property.. It's wrong of them to do anybody this way and they have done this before I found after reading complaints and reviews about the company..
