I have had terrible experiences with an employee that not only uses racial comments but is very rude to most costumer's as well as coworkers.

I have had terrible experiences with an employee that not only uses racial comments but is very rude to most costumer's as well as coworkers. Christy Griffith has shown the poorest examples of customer service answering pizza orders as well as in person, she's used racial comments about customers as well as coworkers. Either time she has worked at this store she's shown poor customer care I think she should be terminated.
