Hire people that's going to do their job for one thing

I ordered pizza they told online and they told me what time to pick it up at 5:19 and the pizza still ain't done this is the chapter 11th time now this is happened well you just lost a customer or ordering pizza because you need new help. Hire people that's going to do their job for one thing when you order something online and it's supposed to be done at a certain time that's when it's supposed to be done when you guys ain't busy
