Went to cash 4 scrap recycle center like I always do, but today the owner was there and when he saw my copper (burned) I always burned the copper cables and I have been paid normal but today the owner started to talk with the employee in Armenian and the owner left then I went to the cashier to sign and get paid and I get only $1.06 And I asked the cashier and the employee what's going on, and the employee told me oh the boss just told me that we are not taking Burn copper no more and I asked for my metal back or speak with the owner and I was denied they even kick me out of the recycle place and this is not the first time they do this type of acts but I'm tired of this people so please tell me what I have to do to get this guy to court or something cause he's not only following city rules he doesn't asked for ID to homeless people cause he robed from them. Resolution Sought To pay me for my burned copper which I work hard to get it I recycle all night and for this owner robed me I think is not fair.

Company states: This customer is burning the electric wires and I told him I can't buy it that way. To meet EPA regulations, the wire can't be burned. Also, in order to pay the customer, we need him to show an ID, and he doesn't have one. I have already told him I will not buy any materials from him.
