Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had a title loan with this company. I've reached out to them several times on numerous occasions, calling the office even taking off work just to go to there office to make my payments. Everyday that a payment is late that's more money added to your account. I was trying to pay this company from November 2021 up until January of 2022. No one never answered the phones and was never at the office. Around March or April 2022 a lady name Ms.Ingrid contacted me and told me that she was the new manager over the location and she said that my pay off balance and gotten all the way up to 3300 and I told her how I constantly reached out trying to get in touch with someone and coming to the office she told me that she knew I was telling the truth and she said that she was going to reach out to her manager and work something out so that I can get my title back because that was not my fault. She told me I could pay 1300 and get my title back and I agreed to do so, when I went to go get my title back the lady at the office told me she didn't see any notes put into the computer about me paying the 1300 and told call or come back the next day to see if ms.ingrid would be in. Okay, calls back they said she wasn't there, left my call back number never gotten a call. All of a sudden my car has gotten repossessed and I contacted them they tells me that they just put a repo on my car 25 days ago. They tells me to pay 2000 within 10 days and an additional 3100. I would like my 2800 that I paid. Resolution Sought My car or my 2800 because I am about to sue. They are bad business and a scam.
