Approximately 3 months ago I purchased some a gaming headset (Astro A20) at Cash Indiana at their Michigan City location. I noticed when I purchased them that some plastic pieces on the inside of the headset was missing, but I also knew from owning a pair before, that these plastic pieces in no way would affect the operation of the head set. I had used them for about a month, and at this time, I could not get them to connect with my Xbox anymore. I exhausted multiple resources, including calling Microsoft and Astro, with neither being able to provide a solution for the problem I was experiencing. They advised me to return them to where I purchased them. I took them back to Cash Indiana and was met with the rudest employee I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. He told me, "you didn't buy that here". Basically called me a liar, questioning my integrity. At this insinuation, I tossed the headset on the floor and told him he could keep them and his horrible attitude. I went back to the store several other times after this, once to pawn my apple earbuds, and on another occasion to pawn a different item. It was on this second visit that this employee shouted at me from his office location, " get the fuck out of here you're banned". He continued screaming at me like a child who wasn't getting his way. I simply looked at him and asked for the owners number, to which he responded by, "fuck the owner, get out of my store, I'm not going you the number to anyone. Resolution Sought First off this person should be fired. I've been goin to this store for over 17 years and have never had this type of experience with any other employee who worked there. They should give me a reduced pawn amount on what items I do have there, because this was more than just a bad experience, it showed a complete lack of professionalism on the part of the employee along with his non-existent customer service skills.
