Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I participated in an app called cashbly.com,that promised me payment for completing task . I completed all task and waited for my account to be approved for my payment to be released which I was advised would be by 6/30 . I went to review my account and was advised that it had been closed for fraud activity. I did nothing wrong. I tried to contact the company with no success. I did a little digging and see that they do this to many others . Please help me I earned and need that money . Resolution Sought I want my money As soon as possible
