Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I put money in cash app card I had to keep getting new cards to transfer the funds from old card they had my phone number and email address and every time I got a new card they changed the email on the card making saying it's not the right email. I changed phone called with new phone and email and they put block on my card and said that the email isn't right. and I just got this phone and card. they won't speak to me about the account they said I have to have the right email I told them to ask me security questions gave them my address and they still wont activate my card its a new card. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded my 400 dollars. they said do I have a friend or family member to put the funds on their card I gave them Walter potter phone number he is my next contact person, they didn't put it on his card either.
