Found bed bugs in the resort beds and when I informed management they told me they would send maintenance to investigate and when I called back a few hours after checkout they said they found no evidence even though I have photo proof but states that the photos don't tell if it's on of their rooms Resolution Sought At this point I would like a refund for my stay due to the presence of bed bugs as my family felt dirty after we found the.
