I bought my ac unit (both ac and furnace) from Casteel three years ago. There was no problem,m. They did good work and took care of my unit appropriately. But, the follow up care, this past year has been awful! I schedule my semi annual maintenance a month or more in advance, every time; and they inevitably call to cancel and or reschedule my services. Yes, at first they reduce the charges involved; but after awhile that does not cut it! I schedule service for my unit to ensure that it continues to work properly. When they call over and over to reschedule, it puts my unit at risk. This is not acceptable! If you don't have enough techs to do the jobs you scheduled, hire more or don't schedule them/soo many. Resolution Sought I'd like them to honor their word, when they schedule my appointment, and not call to cancel or reschedule it repeatedly! And, if my unit breaks down due to their negligence in servicing it in a timely manner, based upon its scheduled maintenance service schedule, to take on the cost of any and all repair or replacement thenselves!
