Dear inc, I'm reporting this business because the guy takes my money and don't do the jobs, he came to my house and I give him $500, to put a starter in my car for me, he said $200 to buy the starter and $300 for labor, the car was sometimes started sometimes doesn't, and I was at work at the time he came to do the work and I took an Uber that day brought me to work and he said he'll pick me up after work, after work I call him he said the car wasn't finished yes and I took Uber again, so when I get home he was out side the car, I wait for him to came, he told me everything is ok now, he'll come at next day to do reset at the computer. I give him the other $200, by tomorrow when I try to start the car to go to work. The car wasn't started at the first same things as before, and I tried to call him, I didn't here from him, call over and over he changed his phone number, I had to call another mechanic and bought a new starter to put in the car, and really need my money money please, I call my bank they can do anything. because it's was trough Zelle and cash app. Please help, thank you!!! Yes customer you got the job done that they paid for. yes the customer got the job done that they paid for however I informed them that there was an issue with their computer that was causing this to happen the starter was bad and replaced but turns out there was a computer issue as well there was multiple codes confirming that. that there was an issue with their computer that was causing this to happen the starter was bad and replaced but turns out there was a computer issue as well there was multiple codes confirming that the customer argued and complained and did not want to pay the rest of the money owed. After extensive conversations back-and-forth customer finally did pay me the rest of what she owed for the job that was done. no more money after that was paid to do anything else as I informed her I needed updated software. Customer claims that I did not respond and that is because I was in a men's transformation center working on my rehabilitation. all that being said the customer has not paid for anything that was not done everything that was paid for was done and programming computers is a dealer thing not a mobile mechanic thing no refund is owed at this time as the job was completed for the starter that she even admits paying for.

I was asking Carter's to provide me where he bought the starter and he never answered, so can't know if he bought it or not. He just took the money and left.

This is a flat out lie and the client knows it the job was done and she even admitted that I have already responded to this case no money was paid for anything else other than what was done. this is a flat out lie and the client knows it the job was done and she even admitted that I have already responded to this case no money was paid for anything else other than what was done this case was supposed to be closed. I did provide the clients with the information of where I bought the starter and she knows that she is trying to get a refund for a job that was done and was completed any other work had not been paid for and did not get done after the starter because nothing had been paid for after the starter but the starter was done.
