Hello Alex, As explained in our last email sent to you, your order was shipped on Friday, December 9th. Your order was placed on Sunday, December 4th, 5 days before it was shipped. While most orders are shipped between 1-3 days, we manufacture our own pieces and shipping times may sometimes take longer to ensure quality. By now you have received your order as it was delivered the very next day on Saturday, December 10th, confirmed by UPS tracking. It had taken a total of 6 days to receive your order since it was first placed. You claim that we have given you a fake UPS tracking number, and also claim someone you called at UPS had told you so. We do not know how that conclusion was reached, but as a reputable company we would never do such an act. The same “fake” tracking number now shows the order as delivered if put in the official UPS website. I will apologize on behalf of the UPS representative you have spoken too as they clearly were unprofessional.
