I hired the company for a stamped concrete driveway project. The total cost of the project $15,990 and I placed a deposit to begin the permit process. Deposit was made on 5/15/22 for $5330.00, one-third of the project total.The company began the permitting process with the City of Plantation, Florida and continuously made errors and mistakes to delay the permit process.It has been 5 months,we STILL do NOT have an approved permit.Average turnaround time for permit approval with Plantation is 1-2 months.Initial permit application did not have the correct property address or homeowner.While the company does have a business license in Broward and Dade Counties, they do not have a Florida State license to operate (that I can find).This company operates under multiple names including Beautiful and Affordable Stamped Concrete and Castilla Concrete Finish Design Corp and Stamped Concrete Driveways; and has multiple complaints with the BBB.When I contacted the company to state that I am cancelling our contract, due to their negligence and breach of contract, I requested my deposit back. I spoke with "John" who refused to return the deposit and began to verbally harass and attack and threaten me on the phone.He blamed the city for delays, yelled at me in a harassing and bullying tone, and threatened to "deal with me" if I contacted him again.Agreement states "contractor shall perform and complete the work in a good workmanlike manner." They are in breach of contract, misrepresentation. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of my deposit, minus the permit fees that the company paid, which would be a refund in the amount of $ 5290.00 for negligence, misrepresentation, excessive delay in completion of contract, harassment, and threats made to consumer/homeowner.

Concrete was poured 4/12 co insisted to pay in full. Took one month to satisfy inspection then poured on 4/12 color was off, poor workmanship to this day never completed the job to my satisfaction. stress lines were uneven patches all over driveway. I called many times advised I am disabled bad back was unable to use my driveway over 2 months, kept me home many days never showed up never returned calls very rude, nasty in contract was suppose to put 5 in footing was never put Resolution Sought Would like job done properly if they don't have capable employees then a credit of 5000 get someone else to complete job adjust price to compensate for lack of footing 5 inch

Company states, they have been in contact with customer. They are working with him with issues that come up and need touch ups. Permits were completed, inspections have passed and final inspection will take place next week.
