Castle Point is falsely advertising they have a Free 24-hour gym. They have not been able to provide new residents with access to the gym since January 2023. In October they removed 24-hour access for all last residents. They have no intention of offering 24-hour access but are still heavily advertising this amenity to attract new residents. Resolution Sought Remove all advertisements and mentions of a free onsite 24-hour gym.
