I had a measurement for a new door scheduled on June 24,2021 between 9am and 1pm. The representative from the company never showed up nor did anyone call. I had to contact the company to find out that the representative was running over and hour behind. I just wasted 4 hours of my day waiting for nothing. I called back to reschedule a measurement date and I was greeted by a rude scheduling person who didn't even apologize for my inconvenience Resolution Sought I would like them to give me a discount on my purchase and a firm install date
