Have a better policy when communicating with customers.
Last February I came here I had a really pleasant experience. However, this time I arrived to my appointment, cat in tow and arrived at the door which had special instructions due to Covid 19 which is completely understandable and necessary though it probably would have been helpful for them to explain the instructions prior to me coming in and letting us know that they probably will be busy and you should leave a voicemail. This was neither on the door or told to me beforehand. I could see three people through the window at the front desk who seemed completely capable to answer the phone at least quickly and let me know what was going on. That being said, the instructions were to call and let them know I am here which I tried for approximately 10 minutes but no one answered so I stepped in the door and was rudely asked why I am there and I stated I had an appointment she instructed me to go back to my car and wait for their call. Even though the lady was rude, I was thinking about my cat so decided to ignore it and play nice, I started telling the lady about my cat's history and she cut me off to let me know that they had only seen my cat once (which I already knew and had my cats paperwork from her last visit with me) she then tried to shame me by saying they were saving another cat's life and I was being impatient. She then started talking down to me about I need to understand this is what I would do at my own doctor's office and again told me I need patience. I'm sorry
