Refused to honor their Smart Turf warranty. We have 2 levels in our backyard that we had a contractor install Smart Turf Playzone. All over it has discoloration. They replaced the upper but not lower and now we have 2 colors and the lower still has the discoloration. This was reported to the contractor within days of installation and the contractor was notified. They said the upper had "roll crush". They replaced a portion and that looked worse. The President of the company had the upper level replaced after waiting 6 months. He refused to address the lower level. All of the turf came from the same roll and has the same defect. They won't answer me at all. Small claims court will be next step. Resolution Sought Replace the entire turf or reimbursement for amount paid.
