I went into contract 7/2021 with deposited funds. I have been lied to, work is incomplete, they are using covid excuses which is lies. They show up unannounced and then leave. There is no time line to complete. I have paid all but $2996.00. They continue to request the balance, but have not completed the work paid for so far. My yard is a hazard and currently in violation of the neighborhood association. I get sent to voice mail, and there has been no resolve. I want my money back and my yard restored. This has caused stress in my neighborhood, anxiety attacks for me personally and heated debates amongst me and my spouse. Resolution Sought I want my money back and yard restored.

I purchased a pool through Catalina builders which i have been corresponding with them through email which has not been helpful. I now have a leaking pool and its damaging not only my property but my neighbors, if someone can please get in contact with me Resolution Sought Fix my pool or give me some of my Money back.
