I moved in at the end of September my sliding back door didn't lock for four months, only half my fridge worked, There was a metal piece that stuck out from the end of the stairs that cut my daughters foot, a closet door that fell on my daughters head in her bedroom, The toilets would continuously run with water, Our hot water heater went out on Halloween and did not get fixed for over a week, I had to have the cleaners come back three different times to clean it and it has been a fight with them to get them to fix anything. I made a complaint with them because my next-door neighbors were selling drugs outside of my home with my four and six year-old daughter. I asked them to quit and when they didn't I called the office and the office lady flat out told me in her words they were " that's a you problem maybe you should just call the cops". I said what? That's not my problem that's your problem and something needs to be done about it and she hung up on me. They are trying to charge me $300 on top of my $995 deposit When I called her to ask about the bill, she told me that she has to talk to Joe and then hung up on me. I want my whole deposit back, $27 for the shower. And my 15th days I paid them in March for all the mental emotional and financial crisis they put me and my kids through. It was the worst experience I've ever had! I told them that they are not professional & moved out asap! Resolution Sought I want my $995 deposit back, my $482 for my last 15 days in March and $27 for the shower I had to pay for!
