In reality it was the owner who created the problem.

I called to get information about a wedding package and the man I spoke to what extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked about a $31.00 fee per person and then he tells me it's a $63.00 fee per person and $150.00 per person serving the food. When my fiancé was speaking to me in the background about a question he had, the man rudely said, "you're listening to someone in the background you know what we're probably out of your budget goodbye". This is what the man said to me. I am beyond disgusted with the customer service at this place. Not only that, when I left this review on their website thinking that the owner would apologize or do something about this man, the owner responded to my review saying, " You're not a customer. And if you were, you would be an Unworthy one". I have never been spoken to this way before and the man personally attacked me for no reason. On top of that yes, I told my family about the situation and they felt they needed to comment on the issue and also posted reviews. Following that, the owner posted a link to my Facebook and said "family ganging up on businesses". I don't feel that I was out of line. I was posting an honest review and this man attacks my character. There has to be something done. You can go on and read others reviews and the owner responses it really gets worse.
