When I made the appointment I had two specific issues, I wanted to address about my dog, when I got there they took his temperature gave him a rabies shot and charged me $300, they didn't address any of the issues that I want to dealt with and they didn't even turn in the certificate for the rabies vaccination, so now I have to do all that and then when I called him about the radius they said will you bring the dog back in and we'll check them again for another 300 dollars. Resolution Sought I want them to see my dog again and address the issues that I have problems with for free.

The DVM spoke with this client regarding the issues the client had during the office visit and exam they had on 2/29/2024. The patient's eyes and the eyes looked normal upon the Physical Exam - redness can be from mild allergic sensitivity. -would not recommend giving him Benadryl unless it worsens - o gives benedryl occasionally for runny nose The DVM also spoke with the client regarding anxiety issues and made the following recommendations: Anxiety: Disc training P more - utilizing fruit + treats. -work on communication. Discussed patient being bored at home. Recommended playing games with patient,snuffle mats, working for his food --Using low-calorie foods to engage with Patient. The client's invoice total was $130.00 not $300.00. We addressed the concerns the client had at the appointment and we will not see them again for free.
