This place is so unprofessional

This place is so unprofessional first of all. They don't know how to talk to a loved ones family and they don't return calls and the they have no consideration or compassion. My brother passed away and someone called my sister and said he's dead. That's no way to tell a person their loved one passed away. Then we tried to find out about his belongings and we were given the run around. Then a manger called and yelled at my sister and hung up saying our brother signed papers stating he had no belongings. Problem our brother was in responsive and on a ventilator so the manager lied. Our brother couldn't have signed anything. They need training or new management. Someone needs to lose their job behind this. This should not happen to any family. They know to take someone's money if that's the case give better hospitality! Put them on notice get them better training or change management. I know something needs to be done cause the facility is unprofessional.
