Staff placed hand written you owe pay bills note on delivery bag not way to secure payment but harassment. Resolution Sought Send formal written apology and dismiss bill.

Company states; Ms. Maxey resides in an Assisted Living facility for which the pharmacy is contracted to provide pharmaceutical supplies, part of this agreement is the resident's responsibility to pay the monthly statement for any co-pays, ect. It is Ms. Maxey's responsibility to pay her overdue account. She may refer to the monthly statements she has received for instructions. Sincerely, Dr, Rai Cany Owner/President
