I called Cauler's business 3 times, no answer. I sent them a direct message on Facebook. I have video of the damage done to my property in April. I witnessed their driver speeding on Wheaton Road. Before turning left onto Kreps Road he did not come to a complete stop at the stop sign. The vehicle went into my front yard leaving massive tire marks, damaging my lawn. He had to put the vehicle in reverse and then sped down Kreps Road. This happened April 12th at 11:50am The gentleman on the back of the truck did wave, I waved back. We (my husband, and I) have noticed tire marks in the same area for a few weeks and now know why. 8 days had passed and no update from Cauler. When I contacted them again, they said the owner spoke to the driver and asked what I wanted them to do about the situation. I found their lack of empathy to be extremely unprofessional. As a previous manager, had they apologized, or even given me an update I would've let this situation go. I asked to be compensated for the damages. This was their response. "From the video it looked like very minimal damage to the actual yard. I did speak to the owner again about this. If you would like to send documents feel free to send them to customerservice@caulercontainers.com. Have great evening!" The tires on their vehicle are large. Their shouldn't have been any damage done to my property. I am not aloud to damage their property. If I did I would have to pay for the damages. Resolution Sought I would like to be compensated for the damages to my property and I would like their business to fined. I would also like them to have to go through a required customer service training course.
