The car they sold me is a lemon. It has way to much damage that I was not aware of they told me the car was in great condition and I try took their word for it and it turned out to be a lot of work to be done Resolution Sought I would like all my money back

The complainant first reported an issue with his vehicle I believe the day after he purchased it stating it needed an alignment. I asked him to bring it in the following day and we would have an alignment done. He didnt come back with the vehicle for 3-4 weeks and once he did he stated "the whole front end needs to replaced." We sent it down to Redline Automotive, they do most of the work on our vehicles and they stated it could use an alignment. The complainant was unhappy with the diagnosis and still wanted to return the car after we tried to have. We repeatedly tried to explain to him that we would be more than happy to help fix any issues but we cant undo the transaction.
