This is a complaint about the business as a whole and how they do not give you the points like they should. The manager at cava is irmo is actually really nice and that woman is a HARD worker. However, this is a corporate issue. I've reached out to corporate via email. It's just a back and forth. It's ridiculous really. They say the points were given. They were not. I know for a fact bc I called the Irmo cava and talked with Melanie and came in for a bowl and I had over 800 points at that time. They do not want to acknowledge that. Ms. Melanie from the Irmo branch told me I had over 800 points then I went and spent 25.52 and no points were added to the acct. It's just wrong how they treat their customers (corporate office mainly) and its such a hassle to even deal with this business. I originally called the Irmo branch and was complaining due to the inconsistencies of the portions given by different employees and charging 4.00 for a half a spoonful of roasted vegetables. Ms. Melanie and I worked it out and that's when she told me I had over 800 points. The very next visit I spent 25.52 and nothing was added to the points. You get 10 points per dollar you spend supposedly. Well things don't add up bc I'm still at a little over 800 points. Again here we go with inconsistencies with this business. I don't think it's right to treat your customers like that. I did request a upper management to contact me. That has not happened. Resolution Sought Give me the points. Make it easier to deal with cava as a whole. Contact your customers! Talk to your customers!
