We took our 2017 Ford to Cavalier Ford on August 10 2023 for 2 customer satisfaction repairs to be preformed after Beach Ford in Virginia Beach, VA refused to do the work. The 2 customer satisfaction repairs were 21N01 ( which repairs the cooling fan not operating properly causing the engine to overheat among other issues) the vehicle was presenting all of the symptoms listed. They were also suppose to perform 20B27 ( a PCM software update) that I was told they performed. This was suppose to solve future issues with the torque converter which the vehicle is now presenting and (if documented correctly) would be replaced FREE of charge, up to 12 months after the PCM flash was performed, again which we were advised was completed 8/10/2023 along with 21N01.... Now Ford is refusing to perform customer satisfaction repair 20N07 which is the torque converter replacement since 20B27 didn't remedy the issue. Resolution Sought Stand by the listed service bulletin and have my vehicle's torque converter and other required parts, fluids, etc to do the repair as well as a rental car reimbursement paid by them since the vehicle is now inoperable since they dragged their feet....
